Euan Mitchell is a soulful deep house music DJ, producer & remixer from Leeds (UK). As a founder member of Afro.Co he helped rejuvenate the local scene having hosted and spun with house music legends including Kerri Chandler, Karizma, Peven Everett, Grant Nelson, Atjazz, Omar, JD73, Greg Wilson & CJ Mackintosh.

Sets at Back to Basics and a prime slot reprising his 12 year residency for Speedqueen on NYE made 2011 his most successful year behind the decks to date. Having spun and worked for Defected In The House (click for deep soulful house mixes) 4clubbers.net, Player Records and Soultonic Recordings Euan has proven his commitment to real house music throughout a 15 year career including residencies for Innercity, Rhythmatic, Speedqueen and now Afro.Co.

2012 is already looking hot and busy with Afro.Co celebrating their 1st birthday and looking forward to parties with Grandmaster Flash at the Warehouse, DJ Sneak at the Asylum & Technique Garden Party and providing the pre-party for the Hard Times relaunch with David Morales on Bank Holiday Sunday June 3rd.

Production wise, debut single ‘Spirit’ went Top 5 in the deep soulful house music download chart on Traxsource, going on to remix Marshall Jefferson, Sharlene Hector (Reel People), Gregory del Piero, Soularis and UPZ with confirmed charts/plays of his soulful deep house music tracks on over 90 radio stations in 40 countries and remixes again reaching the Traxsource Top 10. The next original release is scheduled on the wonderful Favouritizm (home of Bah Samba) in May!
